Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vision Hair mobile application ("App") provided by Vision Hair ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EU/EEA) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:

You retain ownership of any photos or content you provide to the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the App's features (e.g., hairstyle try-on, color analysis). We do not claim ownership of your content.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to use any photos you upload and that your content does not violate any third party's rights.

5. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

5.1 Free & Premium Features

The App offers both free and premium features. Premium features are available through subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases.

5.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

5.3 Cancellation

You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

5.4 Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App — including its design, features, content, algorithms, AI models, trademarks, logos, and code — are owned by Vision Hair or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

7. AI-Generated Results

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate virtual hairstyle, color, and face shape results. These results are for entertainment and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that:

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VISION HAIR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vision Hair, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification) shall remain in effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Paris, France.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or via notification. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vision Hair regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements.
